Shipping policy

At Trotman Trading and our subsidiary Bricklet, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and efficient delivery services for all our customers.

Order Processing

Once an order is placed, customers have up to 4 hours to request any changes or corrections. After this period, all orders are considered confirmed and final.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe

After processing, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days depending on your location and courier schedule.

Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, weekends, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Customers are asked to ensure that someone is available to receive the order during delivery hours.

Failed Deliveries

For Cash on Delivery (COD), LINX, or card payments made upon delivery, if the courier is unable to contact you or delivery cannot be completed due to no response, the order may be considered cancelled.

Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.

Special Hold Requests

Customers who wish to purchase items and place them on hold—for example, if they are out of the country or unable to receive the order immediately—may contact us directly, and we will be happy to assist.
