At Trotman Trading and our subsidiary Bricklet, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing quality products and reliable service. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or if the incorrect item was received.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving their order with clear photos and proof of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance, sale, or special-order items unless proven defective

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.

  • Online payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment source where applicable
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), LINX, or card on delivery: Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the situation

Please allow 3–7 business days for refund processing after approval.

Exchanges

Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund for defective or damaged items.

Delivery Issues

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to answer the courier, redelivery charges may apply.
